"We are big fans of Osaka and selected this restaurant for a special occasion. Unfortunately, our chef rushed through the entire meal, and as a result, our food was burnt. He was clearly in a hurry to attend to other guests and didn’t perform any of the fun little tricks for us. On a positive note, the waitstaff and hostess were exceptional as always! I’m just feeling disappointed, especially since I drove 10 hours for this experience. I had hoped for a better outcome."
