"Was hoping for a less diner-like experience for a rare Sunday date day without the kiddo. It was our first time there so didn’t realize it was more of a family/kids type of vibe on Sundays. I’d indicated on our reservation that the occasion was a date, but we were still seated right in the front by the hostess stand next to a large party with kids. Our server couldn’t be less interested in us or our experience. The most attention we got was the countless times they tried to clear my unfinished plate if I dared to put my fork down for a moment to talk. (We were only there for an hour total) Basically a huge disappointment and learning experience! So, bring your kids, dress casually and eat whatever! Our food was just fine. Definitely left under a best lamp for a bit, but if you’re not interested in having a casual lovely time, it’ll work just fine."
