"My wife and I love the Happy Sumo! My one picky eater loves the simple yakisoba noodles. We decided to order from their website (which looks fabulous) and a pickup order. When I came to the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed. Even with anyone wearing masks, you could say that they smiled and were thrilled to have you there. When I gave them my name for the pick-up order, they went and got the General Manager Lacey. She wanted to let me know that her new website was literally launched as I placed the order. It created a bit of a snafu, but Lacey and her team went directly to work to make things right without having to reorder. She made the experience wonderful. I need to see some serious professionals doing their job and doing them well. With Lacey give assurance that this will never happen again....
