"We enjoyed a very delicious Father’s Day brunch. The smoked Gouda hash browns were a big hit so creamy and delicious! We also enjoyed the roasted vegetable omelet. Portions were perfect not too big or too small, and the service was excellent."

"Oh, wow! This is only my second time to the state of Maine, first time stopping here at Front Main in Waterville and I enthusiastically recommend!Cool vibe, great location, AMAZING service and a fabulous menu. I enjoyed the scallop crudo, toasted barley risotto with scallops, and a Maine St. Mule (local riff on a Moscow Mule with blueberries). Every sip. Every bite. 100% delicious.I will be back the next time I'm here for business and try more of the menu."

"The staff at Sable Kitchen Bar were highly professional. This was my first time having brunch and I absolutely loved it! I will definitely be returning. The pigs in a blanket were a highlight and a must-try. We ordered the Filipino breakfast plate, chicken and waffles, orange juice, and mimosas. We even requested a surprise birthday dessert, which they kindly provided despite desserts not being available yet. They sang happy birthday and presented a delightful brownie with hazelnut sauce and a candle. My friend was thrilled with the birthday surprise. The coffee and latte were also excellent. A big thank you to the Sable Kitchen Bar team, especially to Petros and Brand. We will be back with family and friends. Keep up the great work!"

"It is difficult to do a brunch well, but we thought Chisms did a great job. There were enough choices that you couldn't eat everything but not so many that they couldn't keep up with everything. And the quality of food was right up there with the places that charge more."

"our dinner was in order, I know that it was thanksgiving and that in the rule it was not the restaurant in its best. we would have liked to have started with an appetizer, but nothing was offered. I think they wanted to overthrow the food. my steak was good and boiled for perfection, my enkelin chose the traditional turkey dinner and it came only warm and the ones dipped on the side of the dinge and dry."
