"It is not often that you act like a tourist in your own state. The novelties were great, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. The service was fantastic. The food was even better. We both have the Brisket eggs and the Brisket taste was so incredible. The grill sauce was the right amount of tango and sweet, without the spices overwhelming. The pancakes were fluffy and the way the butter and the real maple syrup were melted in them was absolutely mouthwashed. This is definitely my new favorite restaurant."

"I never write reviews but in appreciation of the fabulous burger I was prepared at The Brave Burger I will happily oblige. The Ambassador burger they are serving up for the Orlando Burger Week is to die for. To die for. So worth the trek out there. Cool environment as well. But I can't say enough about the quality of this burger. Thank you. I'll be back and I'm afraidnone of the neighbors in your setting will be getting my business. I'll have a hard time just trying another burger other thanThe Ambassador. Lives up to it's name. Well done!!!!!"
