"Worst experience ever at this restaurant. We made reservations, which did absolutely no good. It took forever to get seated, the waiter was distracted because he had other larger tables, and one of the meals was incorrectly cooked. The waiter never came back to ask how the food was and we had to grab another waiter to take the food back to the kitchen to have it corrected. The rest of us were finished eating by the time that meal was brought back out, so my mother didn't get to eat her steak. It was my birthday, which was mentioned in the reservation, but the waiter never mentioned it and we all left the restaurant very disappointed. We have been coming there regularly for my birthday ever since I can remember, but we won't be back as a result of this experience. It's not a food problem with this restaurant. It is an employee problem."
