"This place is close to my house, and offered decent Mexican food when I wanted. Despite issues, the food was decent so I continued to go multiple times. Until the experience I had this week. They made a mistake with their online menu, so it was shocking to me when I got home and was a taco short. I called to discuss and had the phone handed to who I assume was the manager? As a manger in a customer facing role myself, this is not how you handle mistakes. I was told it was a typo, and they were working on fixing the fact that their menu advertised 4 tacos, I expected 4 but it should only be 3. She didn?t offer a solution other than ?sorry?. No extra taco like I expected for THEIR mistake, no credit, just literally nothing but to tell me how to order it next time. There won?t be a next time. That?s not how you do business. Taco Nest down the street is is for me."
