"We wanted to pick up something for the ride back to Austin, and a funnel cake sounded good. I waited in the car while my girlfriend ordered. She came back with a lemonade, bottle of water, a beeper that would let us know when the funnel cake was ready, and a receipt for $24.I asked her how much the funnel cake was. She said she wasn't sure. When the beeper went off, I went to the window to pick it up. I asked them how much the funnel cake was, and she told me $17.52. It's one of those situations where it's so insulting it's almost comical, but there's nothing funny about being blatantly overcharged. Maybe it was the whip cream and strawberries. I'm not sure how they can justify charging so much. I'd avoid this place at all cost."
