"Ordered two full racks of ribs with all trimmings and a few other bits and reels for recording. Dinner was ready when I was there. I thought I needed two orders from ribs to share. Boy, I was wrong! A complete rack is a lot of meat! And with the pages it took more than one meal. The staff was friendly, quite congenial. Although a bit expensive, the amount of food was worth it. Also, you get fresh rolls to go with your meal. Texas Roadhouse is always a good experience."

"Our family has been on a TXRH **** lately, 4 times a last month service is always great! the place is active and upbeat. Food was especially extraordinary. My only real question would be temps on steaks. ordered center during a visit and it was boiled under so that the next visit to center well asked and it was overcooked. Hopefully it's just a coincidence not a picky food type and usually won't complain, but IMO that is an area where a steak place should be Excell. other visits ordered something different than Steak. def would recommend anyone looking for a good family dinner place"

"I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service at Texas Road house. The ability to pick your own steak before being seated is very tempting and in some cases my first choice before I decide on my beverage for the evening. I was very impressed with COVID measures taken by this establishment. There is a tent located outside where an employee will add you to the waiting list and advise you when you can enter the facility. When I got there, I had a party of four and we were seated immediately. They clearly identify all booths and tables that are not to be used and are to maintain social distancing. All employees wear masks and in some cases gloves. They obviously took this very seriously and show a deep concern for their customers based on their COVID measures. I had the bone-in ribeye with baked potato and corn. I asked for a medium cook on the steak and they nailed it. It was not over seasoned, as some have claimed occurred in the past, so that is likely great feedback to help improve the quality of their products. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meals and the kids definitely took home some extra steak fries. I do have to say, those seasoned steak fries were yummy and I couldn't stop eating them after I felt full. The staff I interacted with was very friendly and all were using some form of PPE as required by COVID guidelines. I would come back again to this establishment and enjoy some more of their delectable steaks."

"Had the pleasure of dining here with my brother-in-law and niece this past Friday. Even though they were quite busy, we were greeted multiple times on entrance and seated immediately. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was amazing, the sweet potato pictured was cooked to perfection and the ribeye was prepared just the way I like it. I would highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse location to anyone. Thanks for the great food and service!"

"After horrible service before we thought we would give them another chance. We were there for 30 mins b4 they even got our drink and than waited an hour for our food we had to take it to go. Never will I go back to council bluffs again"

"I should have took pictures of the table and food but I didn't. We went there for our belated anniversary dinner and so we could have a date night without kids. Mallory was our server. She was Excellent! She was attentive, precise, fast and courteous. She answered all of our questions promptly and without hesitation. She really knew her stuff and was able to make recommendations base of what we wanted to eat. We decided on the 16 ounce sirloin steak, two loaded baked potatoes with sauteed mushrooms and onions. We had fried pickles as an appetizer and sweet tea and a margarita. It was truly a pleasure to have her as our server. I've not had a server like her in a many of years. Thank you for being our server Mallory."

"Haven't been in awhile. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great tasting food not overly seasoned. Our server had a trainee which was very pleasant. Quick delivery of food and server was very on the ball of what we ordered and making sure we were well taken care of. I would have taken pictures but I might have been past hungry and our server rushed a salad right out to help with my health, truly grateful."

"I had a great time tonight with your waitress Jacque. I have to admit that she was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She was on top of our order and very friendly. She has such a wonderful personality and warm vibe about her. She was always on the way, but always time to check on us and getting ready is what we needed. I would like to visit again there just to see her and the food was also great. I just wanted to let you know that you have an amazing lady in your staff and she had an amazing heart. I'm so happy to have met such a great person. Thanks for everything you do Jacque."

"Great food really for the money you get a lot. The only thing I don't understand stand is why so many people to bring food and drinks. Who gets the Tip? That way I know how much and how many are sharing it or if just the Waitress gets it And I use that term lighting because all they do now is ask what you want and bring drinks. They have a runner to bring food. And you ask them for things you may need and they say they will let the waitress know. I want to make sure all get the Money they deserve. So other than that Question That I have . It's a great place and I love how the Peanuts are in bags to take home Now if you don't finish them. Great idea The prices are best in Town for the food your getting. And fun to be at when a B'day happens to be taking place."

"We hosted a birthday party for 14 people, and our experience was fantastic. The hostess was friendly and seated us promptly upon our arrival. Our waitress was outstanding, which is something I don’t always encounter despite dining out frequently. Additionally, the food was delicious and served hot for all 14 of us at the same time. The only thing I wish for is the option for large groups to sit at one long table upon request. Overall, we received great service and enjoyed excellent food."
