"After walking around the National Harbor, we ended up finding BurgerFi, we should have kept walking. We ordered our food and ended up waiting 30mins in an empty restaurant for cold fries and food that wasn't prepared the way we requested. As shown on the receipt, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, one was original and the other was spicy. The spicy chicken sandwich was for me and because I'm such a picky eater, I asked for the mayo and ALL of my toppings, except the lettuce and tomato, to be on the side, just in case I didn't like them. Well needless to say, that didn't happen and BOTH sandwiches we prepared exactly the same and we actually had to bite them to find out which one was spicy, because it didn't specify anywhere on the wrapper. I just don't think that's the wait time was justified for the food, it wasn't GREAT or bad, it was just a chicken sandwich. At the very least, they could have gotten our order CORRECT and given us some HOT fries!!!"

"While the portion sizes could have been a little better and the price of the meal could have been a bit less expensive, for example a fountain soda costing over three dollars, I must say the burger itself was very tasty. It was also very juicy. I had their ultimate bacon cheeseburger and there was definitely a generous amount of bacon on the sandwich, so overall aside from the aforementioned considerations it was a pretty good place to have dinner at."

"they have the beyond-burger. my partner and I are often here. remains open until 11 o'clock and there is only one option, but it is exactly what we want. vegan burger and pommes. burger is the almost food art that I longed before days. the drink machine is also a plus! limitless options. this place is not healthy at all. "The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered veggie burgers, which were delicious, but the salad and tomatoes were barely there; perhaps a bit more toppings would be nice. The fries and onion rings were also good and served in a generous portion. The outdoor terrace is lovely, complete with music, making for a pleasant dining experience."

"This place has quality meat (top 10 fast food restaurants forest quality) and you can taste it! It's a simple fast food restaurant, with seating for 95 that includes seating for 4 to 8 tops. Burgers are made fresh to order, fries are crisp, onion rings are huge, and delicious. Order came out exactly as requested. Staff is friendly. Had to ask to have tables cleaned before seating ourselves. Order up front, pay when order is placed, then they will call your name when your order is complete. Definitely will visit again!"

"I been looking for a good burger place and walked across burgerfi as I was walking downtown to find my new favorite burger place. I walked in was able to quickly read through their delicious menu and options their handcut fries were amazaing dude! If a fresh made to order burger is what you're looking for you won't be dissapointed. Staff are awesome, food is delicious made in a timely manner, the restaurant is also very clean. Overall my new favorite burger place. Although they could add buffalo to their sauce list everything else was amazing come ready and belly empty for this delicious food. Make sure to tip the staff they deserve it!"

"Holy. Moly.The. Yummiest. Bacon cheese burger. Ever.Huge and delicious onion rings...not soggy at all.The staff was extremely friendly; the woman at the counter had recommendations since it was our first visit. My favorite was the gentleman who brought us our food; he was funny, kind and helpful.It was a little pricey. For the three of us (3 burgers, 1 order of fries, 1 order onion rings 3 fountain drinks) it was $48. Definitely not McDonalds prices, but DEFINITELY NOT McDonald's food!"

"this is not an ordinary almost casual burger joint. when they first go into them, they are immediately hit with the smell of homemade candied bacon tomato marmelade. a unique menu offered with unique, the ceo offers the tenderest patties I ever had in each chain restaurant. the city frit is also must be next to court, and not listed on the company website. Actually, I would say it is almost hard to compare burgerfi with any other Burger joint, just because it is a unique taste profile with its signature burger (unless they get an ordinary cheese/Bacon burger.) the service is by no means fast, but it was not very busy visiting our during the lunch hour. the prices are high, but it is a premium product. the only two negatives I can give: paper straw (they suck) and the wobble rings needed something to immerse them."

"They didn’t have any ketchup for my daughters plain fries the fries didn’t taste seasoned so we didn’t like them except for the loaded ones ordered mustard/ketchup on my burger but when asked for ketchup the cashier said the store was out which I didn’t understand. She was kind of rude too! The food is a bit pricey too!"

"Dang, you disappeared if you haven't been here yet. And if you make sure you go back. I have the plant-based burger (never before I had one of them). It was of course different, but it was very delicious. I'm glad I came out of my box and tried something new. My friend had the cool dog. You share the hot dog, so that's different. We also had a great order of onion rings. So delicious and surprised how big it was. You have a few TVs that you can see and many seats too. It's a bit loud for my taste, but that's just the right place."

"I love everything about this place. The service is great and quick. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food is always awesome!! My burger is always large, tender, and juicy. You can tell it's nothing but high quality food, from the meat, buns, and to the Fresh mound of hand cut fries. I personally don't understand how anyone could rate this place any less than 5 stars, but being in New England there's just finicky people that just love to complain and spread their negativity...
