"Unfortunately, my customer service today was terrible, I was a long time patron of 4 years with Hong Kong and my order history is 40 to 50 orders deep, which means I order a lot and one of 5 times the General's chicken is mostly bread, hard and over fried or not fresh. Today was the second time in my entire order history to return the dish, they made me a fresh general chicken, but 3 different employees argued with me, although she had the crusty chicken right in front of them. I didn't eat the replacement because they were afraid that they had tamped with him because they had such a bad attitude about the exchange of old chicken for fresh chicken. You also said they fried it less time for the second batch. Luckily I took a photo of the first record and I?ve a photo of both dishes. It's a shame on her part to deny evidence that was right in front of her faces. I'll never order them again. I will add, we typically get delivery and we? ve was patient with delivery up to two hours and still not excited. I am a fair person and would like to have continued as a customer if they had accepted from their mistake/crease?."
