"WE WERE SO HAPPY TO FIND A PITA PIT. For some reason every Pita Pit within 2 hours of us has closed. Pita Pit is phenomenal and it's sad that people don't see it. It's like a higher quality Subway with pitas. The staff at this location was great. One of the guys suggested that I try the “Chuck Norris,” which was exactly what I wanted. We decided to get two pitas each since we never get to have them. I loved that they had the Cajun chips and the Coca-Cola Freestyle."

"This gyro pita is my favorite thing to get there! It's always fresh and delicious. It's just a fresh combination with their tahini sauce, spinach and lettuce, tomatoes and banana peppers. It always hits a spot! Service is usually speedy and the place is always clean."

"Honestly I used to love coming here as this place is so close to my house, but it’s just so inconsistent with the amount they give you in your pita. If I’m paying $8 my pita better be stuffed. But sometimes it’s just not. And one time I ordered a BLT and they tried to tell me that it only comes with bacon on it and we are supposed to add the stuff.. but I was confused because I asked for recommended toppings and they straight up only filled my $8 pita with a few pieces of bacon, tomatoes and cheese :, it’s like they don’t stand at the register to ring up the orders and they try to remember them and then forget so much stuff. When I went back after driving all the way home and biting into literal bread, the lady was kind of rude and tried to tell me that I just must have ordered it wrong which I know I didn’t.. and the icing on the cake is when I went back home to eat it and pulled a hair out of my lips with my skinny little $8 pita. Never again. Also always check your bag if you get extras because a lot of the time they forget to put your cookies in."

"The food is fresh and very good one thing that I have to complain about is the spice level on the chicken Thai was four alarm and staff gave no warning for this first time customer. I still come back, but ask more questions about heat I would recommend to the owner to offer a level of heat. The easiest way to achieve this is by adding honey and a little yogurt to the sandwich and it cuts the heat perfectly, but boy oh boy who was a hot first bite"

I called in and told them that on my delivery, and they were very accommodating and respectful. I've ordered from here multiple times now, as well as dined in. "Stopped in to pick up our to go order of pitas; we ordered a regular and large gyro pita with different fillings. The choice of fillings is pretty nice and lengthy so that's a plus; however, the gyro meat had a spicy kick that one of us was not prepared for and a pita was passed on to someone else in the group. The worker prepping was nice and quick. The restaurant was fairly quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Hopefully we can try something different next time!"

"My wife ordered a chicken souvlaki Pita back a few months that I didn't know to order and wow it was excellent. I'm glad to add a new favorite to my lunch breaks in downtown Chico. Besides the food, the staff is great and I particularly appreciate Thomas, who is kindhearted and kindhearted at his work. I recently made a mistake on an online order and the way Thomas took care of me very cemented my good feelings about Pita Pit. Excellent Food, Great Staff, I cannot highly recommend Pita Pit."
