"We made reservations and were greeted kindly at arrival. The hostess ushered us to an outdoor table closest to the bay with the most amazing views. the best part is no one was out there (yet . but our server was very aware of us and helped us in perfect intervals. I got the (new? 3 course meal with appetizer , entree, and dessert. There were only 3 coconut shrimp medium sized which were tasty but not that impressive. my entree was the shrimp cashew and veggies. it was delicious! the flavor was sweet and savory and the vegetables were sautéed just right for stir fry. it was served with white rice. additionally i got tje strawberry shortcake trifle. it was just okay. wasn’t too sweet (which i prefer but the cake portion was grainy and didn’t seem smooth like a trifle should. the pina colada was outstanding. but the view we had made up for all the shortcomings in food flavor. we come here regularly when we visit. i still highly recommend this place as it is full of history and nostalgia built in the 1050’s."
