Thai. Yes, Thai. You order at the cashier's station, then wait for the kitchen to cook it to order. Although there is a small seating area, most people do take out. I had Pad Thai with chicken, and it was perfect. Not heavy or greasy, not overly spiced or sauced. Just rice noodles, tofu, scallions, turnip, peanut and chicken in a delicate sauce. Heaven.
