"It was a dark and rainy evening, I was on my way home when I saw the Central Grill. I had been wanting to try for a while and decided why not now. However they hadn’t opened yet. I saw the lights were on and I walked in soaking wet and the host/waiter greeted me asking if I needed some paper towels. It appeared that maybe the rain had deterred some customers. However the service here was excellent. The waiters were very attentive. Despite not having some things on their menu they graciously accommodated me. The waiters do an excellent job taking my order and was very warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and they made the steak just how I’d asked rare. They kept coming back to see if I was well. It was a slow evening after all. Food delicious service excellent I definitely will bring my friends."

"We met some friends from Shelbyville who like to meet us at non chain restaurants every couple of months. The last few restaurants we have been to were destroyed by the tornado so I picked a new location. We had the best service and delicious meals. The salmon spread was the best I've ever had. It is already decide that we are going to eat here again next time we get together. I am going to bring my girlfriends when we go out for their fabulous looking happy hour. Can't believe it took so long to try this restaurant!!"
