"Disappointed. I stopped in for dinner while visiting UW. I love Thai food, and I ordered Tom Yum soup with shrimp. The soup tasted like salty metal, and it was otherwise flavorless and a dark color. After bringing the soup, the server started talking to the family beside me for a full 20 minutes and paid no attention to me or any of the other customers. She never budged from her conversation, and she didn't even look around. Initially, I was waiting for her to return so I could order something else, but she didn't move. I could see the kitchen staff looking at her and I made eye contact with them it seemed like they noticed but no one said anything. I finally walked up to the register there was a person helping a customer with a takeout order and I waited. The cashier walked away from the register and didn't offer to help me. I stood there for at least 5 more minutes and then the server finally came to the register. I paid and left hungry. I will not eat here again. There are so many other wonderful options nearby."
