"Former employee. Worked here for a year from mid 2021 to mid-2022. I was let go without warning, after asking why, was told the company was too small and had to cut down. Come to find out that they were planning to let me go based on my ethnicity. I had to deal with broken-down vans, disgusting environments that bread should not be made at, and worthless managers and employees who never took responsibility. They will blame you despite telling you to do something, harass you if the large white baker lady/thing complains about you, and leave you for hours when there falling apart vans break.They had me handle bread knowing well I had no food handler card! I brought this to the managers attention multiple times and was told they would take care of it. Unsanitary work area. Flys, bugs, and other critters linger around the dough all night and day.Contact the health inspector if you can. Multiple employees have fainted at this bakery."
