"I had an unfortunate experience with a woman who answers the phone at this location during dinner hours. She was extremely rude and seemed to have an issue with my order, which consisted only of salads and garlic bread. The last time I called, she informed me that they were too busy to prioritize my small order and that it would be ready when it was ready. Tonight, her rudeness was even more pronounced; you could feel the frustration in her voice. She didn’t even bother to say goodbye and just hung up on me. It’s disappointing because my $19 order of salad and bread is just as valuable as someone else's $19 pizza. I then called another location and spoke with a manager, but he simply said it was too bad and advised me to contact corporate in the morning. It seems they don’t really care about their customers."
