"fire lake grill is located in the radisson blu hotel, a 4-star hotel in the city of chicago. my sister, daughter and granddaughter, wife and I stayed there before they visited the bear packers game. we ate in the restaurant on Saturday evening when they arrived at 20 o'clock. it is a beautiful place, casual with an interesting beer list. my problem was that they automatically added a 20% gel to our bill. there was nothing on the menu that let us know that there was policy, nor did they inform us verbally. we also left a 20% cash tip. the next day my wife asked about it and was told that the automatically attached gravitation would be removed from our bill. we had logged into our room on the bill. it was never removed. diner beware! read her reception carefully. we will never eat here again or recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives in chicago."
