"I had great experiences at this chipotle location. it is easy to order online and pick up in the store or simply order when they are there. they have vegan options as well as vegetarian. if they get a sweet pan, guac is free! chipotle is my way when I have to eat quickly."

"the inner position is a bit cramped for the foot traffic it gets. for the outer suit they do not offer external shields for their outer suit. I would recommend this place for the inner suit only for small groups or just pick up. when they eat in avoid busier hours to get space and get their food in time.(part 1) I ordered an online order from here for 4 dishes. three of the four were covered with so much hotter sauce that they could not be eaten with devastating pain. they were also under portions and were not correctly closed. it does not make a big difference overall that I will no longer order food from chipotle. my main problem is trust and the waste of my resources. please do them better with their online orders for future customers. No one should have more hot sauce than rice in their bowl, unless he is asked. (part 2)Vegetarian options: they offer vegan options for their food, make them safe to ask the workers which options are vegetarian. they have a plant that replaces for their meat and veggie dish. dietary restrictions: notify the employee what they cannot have before avoiding the accidental mix of means of life."

"It was our first time in a Chipotle restaurant. I would have taken a photo if I knew before we eat. The fast food restaurant assembles your order as you tell them what you want on your order from an employee right in front of you. We ate in the tables were clean. The reason I didn't give a perfect note was your missing soft corn tortillas either white or golden yellow."

"Why don't ALL of the Chipotle's give extra cilantro when you ask? 2 stores said they can't give it. 1 of the 2 said there is a shortage!!!! SMH! This store the young lady said they only cook with it and not give it to the customers. But she did give me a spoonful in a cup. One store just piles it on for me. I love it!!! "Once I left, they got my order completely wrong and had the wrong meat and everything. But I ordered through the app again and got a Quesadilla and it was really good! It was nice and hot and was ready to go when you go on the left, there is a shelf that has to go the online orders. I think this place is either a hit and miss, but I recommend the order by the app because I think that is the best way."

"Wow your front staff “cashier” was very unprofessional today. She literally decided to walk away from the register right after my food was bagged and waiting for check out bc the online order counter was out of bags. I Politely waited but then I hear her in the back and decided to peak my head around the corner to find her standing with a bunch of bags in her hand talking with an employee who looked to be clocking out and going home. She walked right past her work space “front register” never once greeted me and said please give me a moment or anything. She stocked up the online counter with her bags then Immediately walked to the fork counter “exit door” to talk with the previous guest she checked out right before me. Mind you they spoke for about 5 mins on what was included in the kids meal…. I asked another associate if someone could please check me out as I been waiting now another 5 mins for her to come back to her register. They told me no, so I simply walked out. This place is hiring anybody. Horrible service! This isn’t the first time either. Please go to another chipotle if you are craving. The one near Ford city or 87th Harlem has wonder customer service and fresh foood! Chipotle of oak lawn is HORRIBLE."

"Gah!!! Worst Chipotle. I actually LOVE chipotle. Huge fan (embarrassingly so). I could tell you every single order in the last year I?ve made that came to me COMPLETELY WRONG. I order the same thing every time and each time it?s something wildlydifferent. It?s become a household joke. But I?m actually tired of it. There is also NO way to get a hold of them.
