"The lobby bar at Hotel Quirk has a surprisingly tasty selection of dishes to go with their imaginative cocktails. It is small plate tapas style allows tasting of many different dishes I recommend. Had the grilled octopus that was perfectly prepared and not tough, with a great Char. The pork sausage was also a nice, tasteful bite with crispy green to add the correct acidity to the mixture. Finished with the semifreddo parsnip cake and finger lime cream, which was heavenly like a dulce de leche, but with the zing of citrus. This is a case where you really want to stay at the hotel and not outside of venture."
