"Their New York Pizza is delicious. We were disappointed with our pizza tonight. There was quite a bit less in terms of toppings and also the crust. It was so thin that we couldn't get full. Ordinarily, we have enough for dinner for the two of us plus a piece or two each to have later for a midnight snack or breakfast. Not so this time. The two of us ate the whole pizza and we're still hungry. We have been so happy to have found this place. I hope our next order doesn't reflect these issues as a permanent change in quality and quantity. If so, we'll be looking for a new spot. Also, not sure if the problem is DoorDash or Sammy's, but the app kept saying the driver was either dropping off another order or on its way to us, but the car icon wasn't moving. It's really frustrating when no apparent progress appears to be occurring and there's a discrepancy between what we're being told and when our order is delivered, not to mention food being lukewarm. I'm just so tired of being misled. Honesty is definitely the best policy. Tasty pizza, but today it seems we paid the same but for a puny version of the product. Up the cost a couple of bucks if necessary, but don't ruin the pizza. Thanks."
