"there with family from the city. the waitress was super friendly and took our drinks orders. the food came fast and was hot and tasty. it wasn't very busy what made it nice and quiet. it was after 9 o'clock, so the appetizers were. half price. we also ordered a bottle of wine, which was also very good."

"Ordered on uber eats. 2 buffalo wraps for 14 dollars each. Was very disappointed. Small wrap, two fried tenders, no cheese and scarce vegetables. You would think for the price there would be fries or a cheap soda can. I guess we will have to blame inflation. The food tasted fine but it is upsetting when restaurants make diy home packed lunches at high profit margins."

"Absolute disaster! Where do I begin? Order 4 basic sandwiches for dine in, nothing special with no side, no substitutions, and no special requests. It took over 25 minutes for each of them to arrive at different times. Unfortunately when they finally arrived, we had to grab them to go. The photo attached here-in describes the quality of the Big Dipper sandwich received. Without having to say much, you can clearly see that this is pathetic and nothing like what they show on their website or marketing ads anywhere. Nor is it anything a business should be proud of producing. As for the freshness and flavor, I 'd rank it 5/10. The business can respond to this in any way they want, however you cannot argue that this is unacceptable by all measures. "This was our second time with Oxford Pizza Palace to our event in the last 6 months and again it was quite honestly error-free. For the first party we had bread, Mozzarella sticks, Auberginen Rollatini meatballs, Penne alla vodka, and I'm sure I missed a few things. Then for the youngest party we ordered meatballs, Auberginen Rollatini and Penne alla Wodka. The food was served immediately and cooked for perfection. To be honest, I look forward to the use of Oxford Pizza Palace for all other catering events. The owner John is one of the ways and dedicated to the maintenance of his customers. Excellent!!! "I have visited this restaurant 3 times and each time the service has been extremely poor. On my most recent visit, all 6 of us were seated and ready to order food and drinks, but no server approached us for 30 minutes. It was embarrassing, especially with family from out of state visiting. I even asked the hostess to find us a server, but still no one came. Ultimately, we decided to leave and when we informed the hostess, she showed no concern. I realized that the food is bland and there is no point in returning. The bartenders have a sense of entitlement and a bad attitude, making it a hassle just to get a mediocre drink."

"I reserved the downstairs area of The Warehouse for my boyfriend's surprise 30th birthday. I worked closely with Jessica, the manager, for a month or two beforehand to prepare everything and book the food and drinks. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Jessica and her team were incredibly helpful and sweet, making the whole experience seamless. What really impressed me was the day of the event. Some friends arrived early to decorate (I had dropped off decorations earlier that day) and when they got there, Jessica and her staff had already blown up balloons, hung decorations, and had everything ready. I was so grateful for their help. The food was outstanding, and having a private bar in the downstairs area was a great convenience. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a party venue. Thank you, Warehouse team!"

"After a patron was hit, knock out 4 teeth, I asked for ice to help the swelling until the sanity arrived. As a nurse, I know how to help individuals in need. However, the female bartender refused to give me an ice cream with long, dark hair, and a sanityr at the bar, which says we took care of it. they know how to fill up tassen full ice when customers pay for drinks, but will help if medically necessary. a friend was also charged $7 over the drink price for a beer. great way they earn money. I wonder how many others were overloaded. our group of 12 has not been back. Unfortunately, we were for them almost half of the amount."

"Stopped in to watch the Eagles game with my daughter. Taylor was our server and was awesome. My daughter ordered boneless wings which were tasty. The portion size was huge! I had the regular wings (honey hot flavor). They were perfectly cooked, nice and crispy just the way I like them. We ordered sandwiches too. She had the buffalo chicken wrap and I had the meatball parm. Both were amazing. Service was on spot. Taylor never had us waiting. She was sweet and attentive. Ask for her next time your dining.
