"Ordered online on Friday, June 16. Ordered a tuna salad sandwich. As it does for every sandwich, the online order page asks about “toppings.” I selected “No Mayo.” I did not get a tuna salad sandwich. I got a sandwich made with just tuna! I have asked a couple other people and they thought the same thing I did — selecting “No Mayo” meant don’t spread mayonnaise on the bread. Again, it’s not a tuna salad sandwich if you don’t put tuna salad into the sandwich! I truly can’t believe they thought in this instance, even though ordering any sandwich includes the option to forego Mayo that I wanted a sandwich filled with dry tuna!"
