"Usually it is a good Burger and Pommes food, but the cook is not always consistent on the Burger and a few times this spring / summer, I go away, eat a frit, and it is already cold. A few times this year, the fries were dark and extra oily/smoky tasting. There was a couple of times I didn't feed for which I paid extra, but it's been a few months since the last thing happened. The shares have also declined and prices have increased. I understand things are close to the world, but both? The ice is tiny now. Also a pet peeve, but they will not allow you to add additional salad as a springboard. The employees in the window are usually quite patient and friendly."
