"The Ozona Pig is a nice very clean, old school style BBQ place, friendly staff, amazing ribs and sausages and amazing food in general. Britt was our waitress and very nice and friendly. We had the Brunswick stew, it was good but it looked and the flavor and texture was more like gumbo, plus a little too straightforward with the BBQ sauce that was added to it, the heat and pork in the stew was really good though, on point. Their sausages and ribs are top notch, so tender the ribs the fell off the bone, seasoning was on point, smoked to perfection and the sausages were not chewy at all and tender in the middle, one of the best BBQ I've had to be honest, their sides were also really good, not the best, but really, really good, we couldn't have dessert but it gives me another reason to go back and give The Ozona Pig another try and complete the experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable time at The Ozona Pig."
