"EXPENSIVE JUICE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, BUT THE OWNER GOT IT RIGHT IN THE END: I ordered two shakes, being very specific with one of them, as my friend didn 't want anything else in his celery juice no water, no lemon, no nothing... straight up celery juice. While on the phone, I grabbed both shakes and headed home. To my friends surprise the shake was full of ice and immediately called the store to complain. Imagine my shock as I heard the young server blatantly lie that I didn 't order a simple celery juice! After the server realized I was also on the phone, she changed her tune to say that I had not specified NO ICE. We asked to speak to the manager, who wasn 't there, so she took our number. You won 't be surprised to hear that we never received a call from a manager. At $30 for two juices (with tax tip)... you would expect more. A few days later I received an email from the manager owner , who took full responsibility for his staff, offered a full refund and informed me that his young shake maker was extremely apologetic. This is the only reason this review has gone from a 1 star to a 3 star."
