"If I could, I would choose the freakin' Vegan Taco for my last meal before I die. On a whole wheat tortilla and with a ton of (hella spicy ja pls) doña sauce AND the smokey and delish salsa roja, thank you very much. IDK, I guess they have other veggie tacos in Tacodeli. But I just stopped taking care of something else when I tasted the freakin' Vegan. It's basically just black beans, avocado and pico de gallo, but there's something more worldly and magical about how Tacodeli does it and the sauces are of course the crowning glory. They also make solid tortilla chips if you're in this kind of thing. This place was the closest when I lived in Austin and they always did good tacos and did directly from us when an idiot stole our order from the counter, or whatever. Good people who work hard to crank up big tacos. p.s. if someone has the recipes for their black beans or hot sauces, hit me, I now live in another country and I have TACO NEEDS.
