"I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with food in my life. There were five of us in our group. We ordered five meals but only received four. Two of the burgers had to be sent back because they weren’t cooked properly. One of the corrected meals came out, but the next one arrived about 10 minutes later. The last meal was dropped, so we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it. They did comp my rum and sprite, which was incredibly weak. After all this, I was asked if I needed a to-go box just 10 minutes after I had finally received my meal."
