"When we were seated, our section was empty, but we noticed two large parties and one small party arrive, get seated, place their orders, and receive their food before us. Our waiter mentioned he had forgotten to submit our order. After realizing this, he finally placed it. Unfortunately, he brought the gravy for the fries so early that by the time our burger and fries arrived, the egg had already cooled down. When our food finally came, we discovered there was no lettuce or tomato on the burger—just a dry patty. The waiter promised to get the missing items, but by the time he returned, our food was already cold. It was simply a disappointing experience at Goldie's. We really enjoy the taste of Goldie's burgers and have several favorites, but we've never had such a bad experience before this visit."
