"The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, but the service left much to be desired. Our server was friendly, but there was a disconnect in the overall service experience. When the duck dishes arrived, one was topped with melted cheese, which didn't match the description, and one of our side dishes was missing. When we pointed this out to the host who brought our food, he simply acknowledged it with an indifferent expression and stated, "Yes, I saw it on the ticket." He then offered to remove the wine from our bill, which was a nice gesture, even though I typically don’t expect compensation for poor service. The food was mediocre, and when the check came, everything seemed straightforward. We paid and left, but we won’t be returning."
