"I swear they have my abuela working in the kitchen making the red chile. I always order the flat red cheese enchiladas with an over medium egg. I'm never disappointed. Today I tried the agua fresca de melon. It was excellent. I knocked a star off of Atmosphere because there were quite a few flies buzzing around the dining room. One crash landed in my agua fresca?. Our server apologized and promptly replaced my drink. Go! Have the red enchiladas. Say hi to my abuela!"
