"Waited 30 min for sandwich. Had a coffee. Told manager I could not wait longer due to an appointment. He took care of my bill no questions asked and was apologetic. After eating my Journey man sandwich that was FANTASTIC I decided I needed to go back and tell them how happy I was. So I did that and tried to pay but manager would not let me.. and he gave me another coffee. Come to find out he was training a cook, who made a great sandwich for me. I will full heartedly give this store 5 stars for food and service. I will definitely go back and refer people."

"Central Standard has a bit of room for improvement on service and dish execution. We ordered the charcuterie plate and it was dropped off with no explanation of what was on the plate. It would have been appreciated as it was not listed on the menu, just said 'seasonal selections ' the extra few seconds to explain what 's on the plate would have been nice. We also ordered the tuna crudo which was actually more of a ceviche in execution. It came half hazerardly on a plate and was about as far from a crudo as it comes. The vibe and interior of the restaurant are really cool and its the perfect spot for a date night, would love if the food and service could come up a bit."
