"While the ambiance is pretty cool, it wasn't enough to make up for our experience. We had reservations for 6:15 on a Friday night and ended up waiting nearly an hour to be seated. We were told it was because the kitchen got behind. When we finally sat down we noticed there were maybe 7 other tables in the dining area, total. It is clear that they're grossly understaffed in both serving staff and kitchen staff. We ordered our food as soon as we sat down and even that took 30 min for the appetizers to come out. The pretzel bites were greasy and not very soft but we were so hungry by the time it hit our table it didn't really matter that much. My burger had good flavor but there was no sauce of any kind on it (no mayo, nothing) so it was rather dry. If it had a little sauce on it it would have been awesome. My french fries came out stone cold so we asked for new ones, which came out hot and were really good. My husband ordered the sausage and thought it was alright, wouldn't order again. Also my husband said the website mentioned there was live music the night we went, but there wasn't any of that, either. I think if things were running smoothly I would consider coming back, but honestly we were put off by one thing after another and that's really tainted our opinion of the place."
