"It has been a while since we've had breakfast at Copper Pot, but not much has changed (in a good way). It is a small, laid back space with solid food and reasonable prices. My wife picked it this time around to meet up with some friends and because she wanted the breakfast chimichanga. The burrito is massive, comes with your choice of meat and is smothered with green chile (one of the better ones in Denver). I ordered the Italian breakfast skillet with a basted egg and a single pancake on the side. Everything was cooked perfectly and the pancake was big and fluffy. Everyone's orders looked great and there were no complaints all around. Like others have said, service was a bit slow and it took longer than usual for our food to come out, but when it did, everything was correct and there was no rush for us to finish our food and leave. This is the type of place you can sip coffee or a **** Mary and chat with your friends, enjoy some great comfort food and watch Terminator 2 on the TV behind the bar area. Some of the prices have increased slightly compared to what is shown on their website, which seems to be the norm at most places in COVID era. Copper Pot is definitely worth checking out if you have never been!"
