"My husband and I were here for the first time, and seated quickly outside. We waited more than 20 minutes before summoning a waitress, because no one had taken our drink orders, and tables seated after us had already received their food. A waitress was sent over, and apologetic, but when she brought my husband his coffee, it was in the most disgustingly dirty mug I've ever seen visible coffee stains on the inside and outside; and it wasn't like these were permanent stains, they wiped right off, like there had been virtually zero effort to wash the cup, ever. It made me want to gag. I have never considered leaving a restaurant, but we were standing to walk out when a waiter brought our food. The French toast and pancakes were okay, but our experience was already ruined."
