The waiter said we had to get out by then. No problem because we had time. It was Friday, and we thought we would try the fish frit. It happened on Wednesday. My wife didn't like the other fish alternatives. At that time the waiter returned and announced the cook to do the fish frit. This was a plus, a courtesy restaurant and a waiter who asks! The fish was made beautiful and served at a suitable temperature, good crispy coating, and beautifully made frits. not salty, which was a plus. Tartar Sauce came with the fish. Accompanying the meal, my wife chose what we believe to be a good red wine . . Conundrum and I chose a good Bourbon . . Basil Hayden. Dinner done. My wife and I finally found a place we like and don't have to travel far to enjoy it. There are times when things do not go right or as planned. In the early evening, things worked in our favor.
