"It is rare for me to give five stars but on this occasion, I was extremely impressed by the trendy gourmet dish served at Trindy. As someone who does not eat pork, I was curious about the alternatives available. The stuffed sweet croissant with gruyere was a pleasant surprise and the flavors paired together perfectly. This review is solely based on the taste of the food, but I should also mention that the service was excellent. Despite not mentioning the employee who took my order, this place comes highly recommended if you find yourself in West Palm Beach, Florida."
