Despite hearing mixed reviews, I decided to give them a try and I am so pleased with my experience at this clinic and with Dr. Brittani Adams. The staff always answered the phone promptly, were pleasant to interact with, and made sure to remind me about their policies regarding text messages and emails. My appointment with Dr. Adams went smoothly and I was impressed with her thoroughness. She took the time to really get to know me, asked detailed questions, and showed genuine concern for my well-being. The on-site pharmacy was also very convenient and the technician made sure my insurance was accepted and that my copay would be the same before transferring my prescriptions from Walgreens."
