"For dinner with a little party for my wife's birthday. We came to schedule for our reservation and were sitting immediately. Food was great, everyone enjoyed their meals. However, we agreed with the lack of service. It was unpleasant when the waitress took our menus after placing an order for appetizers and drinks; I have made dinner reservations not appetizers and drinks reservations. In addition, it took a long time for the bar to make a second drink for one of our party members. It was not crowded at all in the restaurant and the drink ordered came from their drinks menu, so it was very difficult to understand what took 20 minutes to make a drink. Four party members ordered entrees who had French pommes and we had to ask someone other than our waitress on ketchup. Overall, the food was good, but the lack of service will not recommend me to warn people about service before eating. One more thing, I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday in the comments of my reservation, and at no point during dinner they asked about it. I notice that not all restaurants have a policy to do things for people’s birthdays, but if I sign it, a “special occasion” and say “it’s my wife’s birthday” I would expect to hear maybe “I hear someone celebrates a birthday. Congratulations!" at least. Besides, they only had a desert on the menu, so I'm not sure if they could afford it, a free or not."
