"It 's not often you get to have the best of something, but in our recent visit to this burger place we had exactly that. My son and I have been visiting burger places and rating them.. looking for the best burger for us. He typically has just a cheeseburger with ketchup which is great as its easy to rate it against other places. We came to Holy Cow because it was close and was rated high and... HOLY COW! what a great burger. with couple bites, the burger was no question number one on our list. The patty was juicy but not greasy.. with lots of flavour.. the bun was warm but not burnt and just plain delicious. I had the Popper which is spectacular and I will try to copy the topping combination as it was absolutely delicious.. the fried jalapenos mixed with garlic ailoli and cream cheese was mouth watering... we also tried the Hot Mess and it was meal for sure.. great combination there as well. but just the cheeseburger with ketchup was enough to put it on the top of our list. The place itself is low key and I like the open kitchen that has nothing to hide. The service and staff was fantastic. Can 't comment on anything else on the menu but the burgers are a must try. I will definitely make sure to come again if my travels take me through here again. Thanks for a great burger!!"
