I made a reservation on an open table and as soon as we arrived to check into the security man, the seat advice said after giving him my name that I wasn't in her system and had no reservation, even after I checked my reservation by showing him the reservation on my phone. He still insisted that I had no reservation there and told us that we had to put on a waiting list that could wait for an hour. When we were short away, I checked my reservation on an open table only to see that he confirmed my reservation to show that we showed up there, but we never took place. I asked to talk to a manager to express what happens, he lies and tell the manager that he couldn't find my reservation because we didn't check in at 20:00. We checked at 7:50, but after him I was NIE in the system! Of course, after my complaint to the manager and to show that he was completely wrong, they were hesitating to us. I never had a problem with any reservations I made on an open table, and unfortunately this is the first. I hope that management will fix this problem immediately because no one needs to experience this kind of service or door discrimination. So for those who have made reservations on an open table and told you something similar, just know that you're not alone because it happened to me. “We” must be better, especially when it comes to operating a business in the Community.
