"We made a reservation using OpenTable, but when we arrived at the restaurant at the designated time, it was still closed. The waitress at the hostess stand was impolite to not only us, but also to other customers who had also made reservations and were surprised to find the restaurant closed. The option for a 2pm reservation was still available on the list even at 7:30pm."
