"Atmosphere and waitstaff are great. The food is just okay. I went back a second time and the food is really going downhill. I ordered French onion soup, one of the worst bowls I've ever had. It was cold and tasteless. They brought a second bowl that was only slightly better than the first. I was told there'd be no charge for the soup but instead I was charged for two bowls. Time to find a new restaurant."
