"I have placed my order with someone on the phone who immediately told me that I would receive 6 bones of ribs for my third flesh on their meal. I took my order and brought it back to the apartment, but instead I got 3 bones. I called twice to ask her to fix her mistake. both people on the phone refused to do something because I would have chosen something else if they had given me the right information. make sure they know what they get, and they should train their employees a little better. I'm going to put back an appeal because I didn't get what I said I was going to receive. I'd look elsewhere if I were you. the portion sizes are very small."

"We always do the 2 for Tuesday lasagna and they have always fixed them to perfection My woman has sausage, and bacon , hamburger meat, pepperoni, green pepper and onions and Xtra cheese an I don't know what else but they are delicious ?? Next time I'll post pictures my bad"

"My only criticism is that my baked beans were a tiny bit too sweet and that when you order a half slab of St. Louis Ribs you dont get any moist toilette packets. When you order BubbaQues you get those moist toilette packets with your to go order when you get ribs and thats a big difference however in my opinion I believe this place has the better ribs. Theyre the perfect sweetness on the bite and towards the end you get that smokiness and its balanced just right. Also the barbecue sauce has just the right tangy flavor to it but maintains a good sweetness even when slathered on so despite no moist toilette packet to clean your hands they taste quite delicious! I also loved the Mac and cheese the presentation was very nice it was sprinkled with cheese on top and well packaged and nice and warm and perfectly creamy and honest 5 star Mac and cheese Im glad I ordered two :D I really only got those small complaints and its really mostly a subjective one but I do think theres an improvement for that little bit of edge in customer service. I think the price is a little expensive however its just DoorDash fees but the restaurant really gets a 5 I just think theres always room to improve when it comes to making that customer service really memorable and makes your business stand the testament of time. Ill gladly order again though :D the food is delicious the brisket is just delicious! I wanted the whole meal for myself haha"
