"Let me start saying that I was very happy with the food I ordered. It was very delicious. I'm back. As an entrepreneur, I feel it important to recognize more quality (in this case the food). I worked near the Parlin NJ location and for lunch I decided to try Ultimate Grill. I discovered when I was there that I had a flat tire. It ruined my day. I met with the boss/manager at the counter and he was very friendly and very professional. Noticing I was upset, the boss/manager found out I had an apartment and went out his way to help me. He went into his car and brought me an air pump that allowed me to fill my tire only enough to return to my destination. He told me he knew exactly how I felt and how many others I was going through. He immediately turned my mood and when I came back to my destination, I could enjoy the food they prepared. I am very grateful for this man at the counter and I could not thank him enough that he was kind, respectful and so much for the care. More people must be like that. Especially when we live.
