"The web presence and at first glance, this place is impressive. Then you encounter the staff, but on your terms, they will not come to you. Rather do busy work than acknowledge. Bartender was very unprofessional and spoke in a manner like you werebothering him by asking questions. Not welcoming. I ordered the Dec burger special. Don't. It was worth 5.99, not 12.99. Themeat was flavorless and pressed hard with no juice. Very little of the jalapeno mayo, and a smidgen of the onion strawscompared to the picture. Came out looking like a quarter pounder on an Aldi Brioche bun. The fries were just strewn on plateand overseasoned on one side, none on the other. Very unimpressed but it gets worse. I get my bill for just over 19.00. Happyhour. I only have a 10 and 20s. I hand it to Bartender and he says thanks. After not checking on me until my meal was almostdone. I said I would like the ten on change. He brings me back 2 fives a handful of change. Guess what his tip was. It wouldhave been customary 3.00, better for great service. Worse service in a while and tried to strong-arm me into a 25% tip. I willnot return. Because they do not put the caps back on liquor bottles, fluit flies all over the bar. I wouldn't drink Makers Markor that bottle behind it. Saw flies enter."
