"we had a reservation at 7 o'clock and were not brought closer or even searched for 20 minutes. several tables were set after us and were immediately hit with water and a server. we stood up and left after seeing our table passing to come to the new sitting tables several times. 0/10 recommend"

"We went for Sunday Brunch and couldn 't have been given a worse seat after having made reservations. We were seated at a table about 3 feet away from the bar (which was very crowded due to the Gentleman 's Ride) and next to some sort of private event which had guests overflowing into our area. We continued to move the table away from the area to get a bit of privacy. Once our food and drink were delivered we had to walk to the waitress station for anything else we wanted. It 's Sunday brunch you know you 're going to be busy have enough staff on hand. Better yet just close the place for the private event that pretty much took over more than half the space. We 've been here before and enjoyed it, but I 'd never recommend the brunch. Something about bottomless beverages seems to equal service less restaurants."
