"Wow..no words. I only gave one star because I couldn’t give ZERO!! My elderly mother called this florist today to place an order to send to a family member. The “gentleman” taking the order first informed her that they “could not do much for $50“…and promptly suggested another $15 be added. (Not sure who this guys thinks he is..but this isn’t the big city). He stated he was a “designer” and couldn’t work with the amount she suggested..and also said there would be an additional delivery fee. … – show"

"I placed an order on Friday Feb 11th and was very impressed with the customer service I received. The vase that was originally supposed to be included wasn't available, Bridget personally called me to let me know it was out of stock and what other options were available. I want too thank Bridget for the fantastic job she did with my flowers. I would suggest them to anyone. Thanks Again Matt"
