"I usually wait until I'm bored at home to write a bunch of reviews, but this place was so good that I had to write about it right after leaving. The atmosphere was very relaxed, the bartenders were friendly, and I loved the small, prohibition-themed menu. Our drinks (Planter's Punch and The Southside) were incredibly smooth and delicious. We started with the Pork Belly Burnt Ends, which were highly recommended, and followed it up with the Pugilist and Huntsman burgers. We also tried the Chef's choice brussel sprouts, truffle mac n cheese, and bacon dust fries. The Pugilist burger had just the right amount of blue cheese to enhance the flavor, and the garlic aioli was a perfect pairing. I even tried a bite of the Huntsman burger, and despite not being a fan of elk, I enjoyed it. While I can't personally vouch for the brussel sprouts, my partner insists they were delicious. The only small complaint I had was that the macaroni was a bit too soft for my liking, but the flavor made up for it. Lastly, the bacon dusted fries were a pleasant surprise - I wish I had known they were candied bacon dusted so I could have ordered more. Overall, I'm a huge fan and will definitely be returning on my next trip to VB. 12/10 recommend."
